For study, we whether SRI 15-16-year-old adolescents would predict internalizing externalizing symptoms as measured by Youth Self-Report (YSR) scores two years later. We hypothesized that a higher baseline regularity lower YSR at 2-year follow-up. Methods The sample included 32 (14 male) ages 15-16yr (mean = 15.6) 2 later 17.7). Actigraphy data were collected baseline, was Participant’s SRIs calculated using 24-hour actigraphy scored for wake. T-scores of 60 or above indicate borderline clinical (n 2) 4) used linear regression modeling to determine predicted Covariates start time, duration, sex, scores. Results At average not significantly correlated (internalizing: r 0.10; externalizing: 0.24, p’s > 0.1). score 80.5 ± 7.4) 42 9) follow up (t(26) 2.57, p 0.016) but 44.8 10.3, t(26) .78, 0.44). Conclusion observed later; association expected direction: increased As most participants healthy range both assessments, possible explanation finding is those greater self-awareness assessing their internal feelings. Future work will examine values across 6 assessments acquired 6-month intervals. Support (if any) AA13252 (NIH)
